A resource for team building

It may appear that team building is just a feel-good, time-wasting, trend-of-the-day. In fact, it has been portrayed as such in movies, comics and books.

Team building exercises alone do have the potential for becoming time-wasters, but building highly effective teams can streamline processes and increase productivity.

Having team members who understand and appreciate the personalities and workstyles of their co-workers can reduce misunderstandings and the friction that often results.
